C & X Construction provides professional crawl space repair, custom decks, retaining walls, home remodeling, and pole barns in Middle Tennessee and surrounding areas. All services are subject to an initial estimate and formal agreement.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided via our website or over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection of the property. Final pricing will be agreed upon in a written contract before work commences.

4. Client Responsibilities

Before work begins, clients must:

• Ensure clear access to the work areas.
• Disclose any known previous structural issues or DIY work.
• Provide a safe working environment free of hazards.

5. Liability and Damages

While we operate with the utmost care and are fully licensed and insured, C & X Construction is not liable for existing code violations, hidden structural issues, or pre-existing faulty construction not covered in the immediate agreed-upon work zone.
